There it was as I approached the letter box, yet another flyer for the Squires Town Show on the Rec.
I wondered why two thirds of the goal posts had been missing from the pitches since the football season started.
Why do they take things and make them end up looking so amateur? I'm only surprised they haven't decided to remodel the Rec in their own vision of how it should be, but grand fountains and tiered gardens could affect the standard of football played.
Not so much Capabilty Brown as Incapabilty Clown.
