Title: Last night’s crucial vote
Post by: Hartlepudlion on September 04, 2019, 06: AM
Mike Hill voted YES for Parliament to take control from the Government.

Party before constituents?

To be brutally frank, it would be a miracle if he'd done anything else.
He is a shining example of the loyal apparatchik and I suspect he's actually full of helium with a pre-recorded voice box mumbling jibber jabber.

A piece of political flotsam who follows the tide.

Ironic isn't it. For years we were told we must restore the supremacy of Parliament.  That no one (The EU) should be able to override the will of Parliament  We must return to the time when Parliament could set its own agenda.
We have so what is the problem?

There is a majority in favour of a negotiated deal but ther stumbling block is extreme die-hard backwoodsmen who want a complete break from anything/everything to do with Europe. It is those people who are the problem. Remember May's bill fell because of them not the Remainers. It is JRM and ilk who are the stumbling block. That and the nutters now saying Scotland. NI & Wales can 'jog on' if they want to leave the UK. We are witnessing the start of the break-up of the UK.

Understand that 17 Labour MPs are now hoping that Bercow will allow them to bring May's WA back to the Commons. Just depends on whether he selects it for debate.

81 year old Arthur Scargill (back far right) is looking well for his age, better than CAB in fact!

SAB had a hissy fit on Facebook recently and was ready to flounce off and delete his profile but it appears his adoring fans persuaded him to stay.

Useful pic. Can be used as a club against CAB when he urges everyone to vote SLP and also a club against Labour when they deny they have any connection with him.

So we have 'Leavers' and 'Remainers', can the 'new entry' be safely classed as the 'Reminder' candidate...?

It appears his last 'fundraiser' was a complete flop. He was  his usual graceless self blaming everyone but himself on Facebook:

I don't know why I bother. Lack of support yet again.
Thanks to those who bothered.

so perhaps he 'had' to scoff all the burgers himself?

You would think someone with his access to the Spirit World/Mediums would have had advance warning of the disaster.

The 'chatter' is that Boris is  going  to do a deal with The EU  and  double-cross JRM and the  Spartans   That would upset a lot of already very angry people!

Judging by the spelling/syntax either  SAB or Barclay  are writing the SLP Facebook page.

The 2 latest attacks on Hill and Carl:

I see the attack on Mike Hill as being part of the 'Cranney for MP' campaign. Surely the SLP can't have such delusions about their true importance & impact? Most likely to lose their deposit ...

They've signed en masse into the SLP Maximum Security Twilight Home for the Politically Time Expired. They're just sat around deluding themselves they count, they don't, they're just holding hands waiting for the end.

I think its even simpler than that. They are after Facebook views and (it appears) the enraged mob of 'extreme' Hard-Leavers are being wooed by them. The most views they have got is for a similar Anti-EU/anti-Corbyn post so they want a repeat. They have even taken to using the same slang as theses obsessives thus the word 'Traitor' figures large in their trolling.
Incidentally I visited the home pages of few of these people shouting 'traitor' and it they ranged from mildly disturbing to outright disgusting. Some had  posted golliwog pictures and were looking forward to the day we leave the EU and they could once again buy one of these dolls...............

That would make 3 candidates running on a Leave ticket now that even Boris has had to to admit that Frage/Banks are simply beyond the pale.

SAB has been busy deleting the overnight 'wrong'replies on the SLP page. This obvious (to me) fake poster 'John Smith' was the first to go this morning :
