You might have missed it in the news - it's way down the list of items - but the death toll in the Bangladesh factory collapse now stands at 912.

If it was anywhere in the West, this story would be getting 24/7 coverage - but is isn't - we only buy the output in the likes of Primark. We never did banish lousy wages and working conditions; we just exported them.
Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.
