Funny but if you do a search on HBC's planning portal using the above reference number it comes back with nothing

Leaves an interesting question. This will be another site with no known buyer ,or indeed any known plan, apart ridiculous claims from Wells. Then you have King Oswy site ,deserted , Meadowcroft nothing happening, Tunstall Court ,flattened and now an overgrown tip.

Will this end up the same?.
