Word has it that our friends in Manor Residents are having taxi trouble....trouble in the sense that one of the towns taxi firms has apparently told them to **** off because of non-payment of bills. So they're now trying to find another taxi firm gullible enough to fall for the old 'charge it to the company' ruse.

Well it will only take a phone call to arrange it, I suppose - once they pay the bill and get the phones reconnected that is

I heard the Ewings have just come back from the Bahamas - again. I suspect that they're setting up a Coconuts for the Bewildered' community group. I hear that having bled HBC dry, they're now targetting UNICEF.
