Properties are not to be included in Labours New Deal for Communities demolition programme those still residing there are to be given a £10.000 improvement grant to bring them upto an acceptable standard.

As you may be aware demolition was to take place around March/June 2013 it would seem however that a U Turn is about to take place terraced houses have had many hundreds of thousands of pounds of public money spent/wasted on them are to possibly to remain.

It would be interesting as to where this money is coming from or is this another Baden Street?
