Someone is getting touchy about  his 'image'

Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

....sign the gagging order on your way out!

Firstly, I had to check my calendar just to make sure it wasn't April 1st!  The 'Dear Leader' is already a figure of ridicule, possibly despised by many workers in HBC and doesn't help either himself or HBC regarding reputation!  So, he knows this...yet he wants to put himself in the lions den, so to speak, hoping to come out of it with a good, clean reputation/ image?  Does he really think he can fool the workers?  I reckon that the whole event will be stage managed, with certain 'random' employees asking non-invasive questions and CAB having the perfect answers!  I sincerely hope that someone manages to video the 'event', then uploads it here.  There again, he might throw a sickie!

Why is the trade union promoting the dear leader ?

I would have thought they would be opposite sides ?

How else would impartiality be maintained ?

Is that laughing I hear.
I don't believe it.

Inspector Knacker

You'll be getting their version of events.
It looks like a sad attempt at reassurance for those who need it.
Will it be an open forum with unvetted questions or a Pyongyang fireside chat with the questioners from central casting?
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.

Could it possibly be Mike Hill MP who has set this up, as he previously had something to do with a certain Union?  Or has Mr Hill learned to avoid any contact with the toxic bunch?
Let's hope that the meeting backfires big time!

Another paper exercise nothing more....... I can't imagine many people going to the meet n greet event....... I gauge thar response from chatting to several relatively senior employees, they can't wait for retirement in fact several have already left the council....... councilor induced pressure was the polite description used to me.
