You know when you read something and then at the end of it, you're left with an impression of something that wasn't even mentioned in what you've just read?

Praise from UNISON, Healthwatch, references to 'more direct involvement' ....remember, Path2Wellness?

Wonder if anyone else gets the same uneasy feeling about this.
