Apparently Thirteen - Housing Hartlepool - Tees Valley Housing - [fill in next week's name HERE] . . . . is having something of a clearout with former Hartlepool Housing Department staff being well up the queue including Cath Purdy who's own meteoric rise on the salary scales at one time looked set to affect the exchange rate.

Bet there's some jolly nice Golden Goodbyes though .......

Cue change of name to something with a Teesside twang to it and Hartlepools housing stock will be controlled from somewhere next to the Tees.
What can be asserted without proof,

But isn't HBC expanding their portfolio of Hcouncil houses? Last count in excess of 200. It looks as though they could be a competitor.
