From a Hartlepool standpoint, I loved the bit about councillors concerns on transport. It's as though North Tees is our just around the corner local hospital now. It may come as a surprise, but visitng North Tees has been raising concerns about transport for years.
If only the same thoughts had applied when our services were 'improved ' by moving them.
