Thought it would be a good idea to set up a "Wally of the Week" in the hopes of making an award for the biggest wally of the year.

Prize could be a wally hat presented to the winner !

Anyhow here goes the first Wally of the Week





And it goes to Stephen Ackers Belcher, for surviving yet another No-Confidence vote, knowing full well the town has more confidence in a dose of the diarrhea than in this individual.

With an impending employment tribunal coming up shortly that will unravel his tapestry of lies, this individual refuses to bow out gracefully, may be because if he leaves voluntarily, he will probably never be able to sign on for 26 weeks.
