Temporary traffic lights on Raby Road, looks like they have forgot to install some ducts under the road, digging up today, who is paying for all this work, is it a fixed price contract ?

I hit these cross-roads tonight in the belief that it was all over. Unbelievable but nothing will be said, I'm sure, even though it's obviously the result of a complete balls-up.
