I can only hope you wise up a bit when your other ball drops.

The calamitous two decide to have a private weekend away in Germany. As an after thought, they decide to invite and Stubbs and Wilson along. Perhaps it had occurred to them that if they invite them along and throw in a couple of official visits they could then call it council business and reclaim their costs?

We've probably scuppered any chance of doing that now but don't be surprised if their restaurant bills etc for what was originally intended to be a purely private break suddenly pop up as expense claims - though come to think of it, I've probably just scuppered that too.  .

Having read the comments placed on here. I would have thought it would have been more appropriate for it to be refered to as CHUCKELHOVEN!
