Is April 2nd too soon to start my vote of no confidence in Hartlepool council leadership?

Good to see that the Gazette published this article ... somehow I can't see the Mail following suit should a similar course of action be taken in Hartlepool.

I find it a little odd that sleepy Saltburn should be at the heart of such radicalism and is now the home of a number of what Mr Mallon apparently calls 'urban terrorists.' Sadly, I fear there is far too much apathy in Hartlepool to expect similar action - a fact which the present council no doubt depends on for its continuing existence.

As I've said before, I like Saltburn and it's true, it hardly comes over as a hive of urban terrorism  ;D
