Julie was previously a partner in a consultancy firm whose primary clients were local authorities and the housing association sector.  She is also a senior lecturer in the Department of Architecture and the Built Environment in the Faculty of Engineering and Environment at Northumbria University.  She has held previous non-executive directorships at Nomad and Enterprise Housing Association.

Julie, who has recently been appointed Chair of Housing Hartlepool, joined Housing Hartlepool's Board as a co-opted member in October 2008, becoming a full board member in 2013.Housing HartlepoolFind a home Customers Advice and support News About us Contact us

Our board

We are part of the Thirteen housing group. This means that Thirteen is our parent organisation, overseeing the business and strategic direction of the partners in the group.

Housing Hartlepool Board

   Chair - Julie Clarke   Julie is a partner in a consultancy firm whose primary clients are local authorities and the housing association sector. She is also a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Architecture and the Built Environment in the Faculty of Engineering and Environment at Northumbria University. She has held previous non-executive directorships at Nomad and Enterprise Housing Association. Julie has been a member of Housing Hartlepool Board since 2010 and was appointed to the position of Chair in 2014. Julie also sits on the Thirteen Board.
   Marjorie James   Marjorie is a councillor with Hartlepool Borough Council.
   Stephen Akers-Belcher   Stephen is a councillor with Hartlepool Borough Council.

There is another dot, if Gus Robinsons are involved, a certain ex HBC employee,Steve Bell is now their director of business development. Was involved as an employee of Thirteen when they bought the Friarage site.
