Funny thing, but I was convinced Ms Wilcox was an absentee on Thursday - and I wasn't the only one. It turns out that she was there all along, not is her usual place but almost invisible in a dark corner.
Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

The next full Council meeting is Thursday 6th December. That which was scheduled to take place this week was rescheduled to last week as the 25th October is now Seaton's polling day.
