I was going to post ours today.But after reading this thread im not. On reading the statement that comes with it you can hand it in to any polling station in the electoral ward by 10pm on 7th May

I have faith that Officers are not involved in any way, its politicians who are the problem.

It`s reassuring to be reassured that UKIP will be approaching the Monitoring Officer on the question of the Postal Vote.....Will that be ASAP ?

So we can also be reassured that "If Any Ukip Councillor" or official present at the Election Count observes any receptical "Other Than A Locked Ballot Box" being taken into the Count, they will Immediately draw the attention of Monitoring Officer to the aforementioned Receptical ?

One of the most Damming Indictments of The TorLab Mob ruling coaliation is that Officers of the Council have often had unjust criticism aimed in their direction, The Gypsy Sites, The Town Plan, Numerous Planning Applications, The Awarding of Council Grants to various organisations etc etc etc.

It must be a nightmare for a bright proffesional employee to have to walk on eggshells in case they upset a Member of The Mob, knowing that if they do, there is a possibility that their career could be over before it has really taken off.

I believe a number of highly competent officers have already moved on........ after hearing the words.... It`s Not Good Enough bellowing around the corridors of the civic.

Point taken Elpus but the fact remains you have made a very serious statement regarding the manipulation of postal votes, it has to be taken seriously considering you were a Labour councillor I believe and therefore in a position to know,  UKIP have a candidate in Manor Ward who has had 30 years in the  NHS,  this allegation will be looked into in an official capacity,

I would like to think that 'Care Home' management and staff would ALWAYS be adjacent to their residents whenever a Cllr appears, with regard to elections. 

If anyone out there happens to be calling on a care home in the near future, why not inform the matron of the alleged skulduggery and ask her and the staff to be extra vigilant at all times.

WE know the levels of deceit to which these Cllrs will descend, it is possible the care homes are NOT aware.

Comrade Karl and his turbine lie is a perfect example of the characters trawling the streets for Labour votes...don't let them near your residents!

Do I think Postal Votes are abused in Wards like Manor House, YES.  When I was a Member of the Labour Party a senior Councillor (now deceased) used to brag about it.

Can I prove it, NO.  Cllr Close knew it went on but again could not prove it.

Of c you think UKIP are right wing racist bigots, I think 99% of people on this forum think the same, labour has been in control of Hartlepool for many years there has even been a Labour government for 13 years you were a labour councillor  so you have to take some responsibility for this socialist utopia which is Hartlepool my point being you must have  been part of the problem. Realistically who have you got if Hartlepool wants change the conservatives I don't think so UKIP worth a go it would be a welcome change that, but Elpus my betting is Hartlepool doesn't want change at all, even you I suspect will vote for Ian Wright.

If people in charge of care homes have no problem fiddling timesheets for themselves and their glaikit son, I'm sure a few dodgy postal votes are neither here nor there.
