Ward Member Budget blunder

I understand Cllr Tom Hind dropped a major bollox in the Finance and Policy meeting this morning.  He suggested Members ward budget where there to help Councillors get re-elected.

It was a very bizarre meeting. The two clangers mentioned above plus a potential slap in the face to the public regarding the location of a polling station.
