In tonight's MAIL a 21 from Wynyard was clocked doing nearly 100 miles an hour in the early hours a police vehicle gave chase he then reached speeds up to 140 miles an hour. Left the A19 at Billingham went round the roundabout the wrong way, mounted the pavement, ran a red light, 100 miles an hour through Billingham on to Norton. Brought to a halt at a junction.
