What exactly do HBC want before we see some serious action with regard to this organisation? A treasure map? a trail of breadcrumbs to follow? Surely to God they must be close to instructing HMRC to have a good look at where the £600,000 odd thousand quid has gone? If this article is even close to being correct, seemingly it must have gone on wages, plus highlighters, A4 paper and pritsticks....

Its as plain as the nose on HBC`s face that things are now totally out of control.

When the Cardi unravels & the raggy wool ends are there for all to see, Councillors should be held to account as to why they have buried their heads in the sand for so long.... if i remember correctly a sitting councillor actually signed off MR accounts at one point

A full investigation into the whole structure of the Voluntary & Charity Sector in Hartlepool & the system of awarding grants to the various organisations by HBC should be undertaken.

It should be an "Independent Inquiry".............& it shouldn`t be put on the back burner like the Peer Groups Report has been.... waiting for WW 111 to start before an announcement is made as to what action will be taken on the findings of that report.
