How strange. The minutes state that Paul Thompson was in attendance (as a councillor) on 12th March 2018 ... several months after he stepped down in October 2017.

Very interesting as I defo was not there !  I resigned on the 4 September 2017.

However, some of those proposals agreed are ones that I submitted prior to resigning.
