tt.........The Gazette article proves that it is not just HBC who are afflicted with Visionitis, the Smoggies obviously have there own soothsayers & fantasists, but what is evident to everyone in Hartlepool, apart from the LabTor coalition, is that Middlesbrough wil adopt any & all of those proposals given half a chance, Hartlepool doesn't feature, neither wil it benefit by any of those developments in the TVCA.
