Interesting Tweet which has come my way regarding recent canvassing of shoppers



The canvasser in question, apparently, was George Springer.

This caught my interest because it reminded me of something similar when George was knocking on doors in Seaton during last May's elections. On that occasion, the woman who answered her door resorted to Hartlepool Alert to tell (if not warn) others about the strange man who came to her door expressing his views on same sex marriage as if she was warning people about one of those 'you've got a roof tile loose' scams.

George seems hell bent on acquiring Rasputin status within HBC as its resident mad monk.
