Ofcourse he'll be cleared. If Labour had lost Hartlepool he would have "been found to have breached Labour rules" and kicked out, but because they did better than expected in Hartlepool Local elections & the GE then they'll sweep it under the carpet, no need to put the party into the limelight for the wrong reasons. It's a PR excercise in damage limitation now
