If this were true then Dumbo is the most deluded  succesful liar job creator in the universe.

I don't see what the problem is releasing details of who received these grants; it is public money after all and how many times do we here about Government grants to larger companies - Nissan, for example? Another example of the council's default position of releasing as little as possible. It seems it takes legislation to get any information out of HBC.
