If what Steve L says is true, Healthwatch ought to be suspending him, pending an investigation. 

How can he 'work' in the Civic (although it is only sat on his lardy ass), when he is allegedly unable to 'work' in Healthwatch (although it is only sat on his lardy ass).

He is claiming he is too 'sick' to work, therefore he should NOT be in the Civic Centre.
As Fred would say, 'only in Hartlepool' and only under the scabs.
That 33% has a hell of a lot to answer for.
