No real surprise with this article, it has long been obvious to anyone who has attended council & committee meetings that some councilors display bullying traits, in fact members of the public have been verbally abused during some meetings.

The cry..... "It`s just not good enough" is apparently often heard within the corridors of the civic, but apart from the threat of bullying & abuse, Officers are obviously aware of the direction in which HBC is currently heading, & that it may be best to get out before the "Car Crash" happens.

It really does make you think what the Tom Duck is happening within "The Mob" for them to allow "The Dear Leader & The Fat Boy" to continue running the show.
