Call me a cynic, but could the story in the mail (linked in above) be just the aperitif before the inevitable full page 'Save the connected care/Who cares north east/manor residents' rubbish thats somewhere on the horizon?

or, is this story ANOTHER reason to get rid of the connected care contract?

Manor West is and different and unconnected organisation to Manor Residents. It has been struggling for a while since the sad and untimely death of its leading light John Reid.
