Last time she was the star witness against Cranney when (one of his many ) his business went under but by the time it came for her to speak in court she suddenly developed severe memory problems. The judge was as scathing about Angie as he was about Cranney.
There is also the claim that before the hearing she complained to the police about someone (we know not who) putting pressure on her to change her story.

With the 'normal' Manor criminal fraternity, if told to expect a stretch by their Barrister, they will plead not guilty at their first hearing then hope to get bailed to reappear several months later, then at the last minute, change their plea to Guilty, hoping that in doing so the Judge will go lightly with them.

My money is on Wilcox doing exactly the same !

You only get a 'discount' if you plead guilty from the start.
Wilcox has pleaded guilty to most of the  charges and not Guilty to one or two. Her defence (which will not do her any good) is that  she misused the money but that it was all spent helping out the poor people on the Manor. She never spent any of it on herself or family. If convicted it is 99% certain a jail sentence will  follow.

i was actually there when she and ray were star witnesses against cranney, and the police visited her at work and i was in the same room when she asked for police protection against cranney, the police laughed at her

If she's looking for protection from him this time, I can recommend the services of either the Assistant Chief Executive or the chief finance officer. Either of them are pretty good at stepping in if he kicks off.

Wilcox wants protection ?  That's a laugh......pity all her 'victims'  couldn't be allowed to speak in court at how her lies have affected their lives and some are still traumatised  by the evil  cow

SAB was the one who put up the bond when she moved into her 'new' house. The one she and her family thrashed. He was not very happy when the furniture went missing and he was expected to pay for it.

When you make a pan of oxtail soup you often get a frothy sort of coating on the surface that you need to spoon off...... i think my mom used to call it scum........ there must have been an awful lot of oxtail soup made in MRA.

The true measure of Hartlepool  Constiuency Labour Party is the fact not one of them have publicly condemed Wilcox or offered any words of Support or Encouragement  to the Manor 4.

The 2 councillors aka. "Trustees" S Akers Belcher & Beck should hang their heads in shame for abdicating their responsibilities at MRA.

Could anyone of us Imagine "Going OverThe Top" with either of those individuals, we would be in no mans land dodging muck & bullets & they would be sitting in the trenches.

Only in Hartlepool & Only Under Hartlepool Labour

She has already pleaded guilty to several of the charges. Even if the jury believe her laughable defence for the last couple of charges she is till going down for the first lot.
It is just a question of how many of her former comrades she craps on as she is dragged screaming to the cells......

Seems that Ms Wilcox has pleaded 'not guilty' to the remaining charges - the trial date is expected to be a couple of months hence!

Here is the 'Robin Hood' defence in another case.
He still ended up in jail!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3132742/Steven-Shaw-Swindon-jailed-18-months-overpaying-housing-benefit-friends.html

Self-styled 'Robin Hood' who stole £50,000 of public cash and handed it over in the form of additional housing benefit is jailed for 18 months
Steven Shaw made illicit payments to people without their knowledge
Shaw, 36, did not make one penny himself from the three-year scam
One woman benefited by £776 while other received an additional £9,000
Swindon Crown Court heard Shaw gave the cash to 'struggling' people
