   Reply to Mk1.   Sorry due to eyes and age unable to read all of the small print however when the final vote was taken I noted several of the names of the persons present , and as a Dyke House lad and no way a snob or from privileged background (except for a hard working old man that fed and clothed us) most of the people named where self sufficient , legal eagles etc.and not like the self serving chancers in charge today  Good or bad I ask.

Interesting to compare the level of detail the discussions were given by the Northern Daily Mail. Can you imagine how that meeting would be reported today?
