Some acne-ridden, spreadsheet addict will have already calculated the comparative value of the land if given over to development. It's no coincidence that Balfour-Betty took over ownership of Blackpool Airport and I'm sure there will be similar 19th hole deals going on with Tees Valley at this very moment.
