Title: Food Banks
Post by: Stig of the Seaton Dump on April 27, 2012, 12: AM
Hartlepool has famously high levels of unemployment and poverty.

I am therefore surprised that I have never heard that we have a food bank.

Do we have such a facility in the town ?
