CCTV cash cow put out to grass ?

I used to see the CCTV car almost every day but not seen it for some time.

Has it been scrapped ?

I read that the Home Office said that they should only be used when it is inappropriate for a person on foot to enforce regulations.

It hasnt been scrapped unfortunately....... I saw it yesterday in the town centre.

It drove past the Staincliffe Hotel there was a car parked behind a foreign flower lorry, it will get fined as for the lorry well. I very much doubt it.

This is a regular parking spot for this flower lorry local saying he's seeing a lady in Seaton.

Do they bother with tickets for foreign lorries ? ....I wouldn't be surprised if HBC couldn't be bothered to post them :-)

They definately wont if it`s registered to the NT&H Mis-Trust
