Cleveland police should get there Cyber Crime Officers to take a look at these articles.......... DDOS is "Criminal Offence"....... a fact that seems to have been lost within the corridors of Ladgate Lane.

"Judge Peter Testar said: 'It is intolerable that when an individual or a group disagrees with a particular entity's activities they should be free to curtail that activity by means of attacks such as those which took place in this case."

Doesn't this seem just a little hypocritical. As I understand it, the local paper was informed of the two previous DDOS attacks on this site but refused to carry the story both times. I don't think the lads bothered to inform the paper this time - I could be wrong - but what would be the point?

Having read the article from the link, it would seem that the paper is more concerned with the likes of PayPal and Barclaycard than in protecting freedom of expression in their own town. Says much.

So the local paper wouldn't print the story and the local police wouldn't investigate it. Makes you think about the sort of town we're living in.

It may be worth emailing Ms Jackie Cheer Chief Constable of Cleveland police to explain what has been going on with HTH......Oh.... By The Way......... It might be a good idea to include the above links
