JPNG Ltd. are overdue on giving Companies House their accounts.
This is the JPNG that owns HFC, not the JPNG Recruitment Ltd which is currently in liquidation ( or being restructured according to one source).
Nor is it JPNG Capital which was dissolved in February 2015, shortly before JPNG Ltd purchased the football club.

Perhaps the automatic fine for overdue accounts is small change to the owner of the football club as are the three winding up orders issued by the tax people.

However, attention to such details  should be important in a well run company in order to give confidence to supporters, shareholders etc.

The Hartlepool Mail are shareholders in the football Club, and they should be concerned that the club's fixtures and fittings are listed as securities against several loans made recently.

I believe the current manager is there more as a result of his connection with the last lender to the Club that his skills as a manager. It is not clear if his main job is what happens on the pitch or  keeping an eye on the  Loan Company assets.

I think a lot of people are distinctly uncomfortable about the current ownership, especially the fans who have a nose for this sort of thing.

Incidentally, the 'Mill House Masterplan' is down for publication/adoption in December 2015. Building in September 2018 with completion in Autumn 2019

Ah, the 'Mill House Masterplan'. Would you buy a house there? And there's the problem, the idea of a mews cottage in Belk Boulevard just doesn't appeal, and a balcony view of the Odeon from your 15th floor apartment is likely to be a no hopper.
Sounds like a vision to me.

What I can't fathom is why no one has the 'vision' to build a pedestrian walkway from the Pools/ Morrisons area down to the Marina. Given that the Clarence Road side is already at the correct height then it would be a straight walk-on from there with enough space for a long gentle slope down down the ASDA car-parking road. It would open up easy access for those living in the centre area without the huge costs of the current unrealistic visions. I presume thay as no cars would be involved then no one is interested.

Strange how Hartlepool became a town where the car is king, the A689 slashed through town has effectively cut the town centre in two, no wonder areas like Church Street are deserted, and not forgetting the lunatic plan to build the shopping centre where it was built to an out of date design even then.
What also amazes me is the poor provision of public transport the town endures. When bus services were sold off in the 90's, we didn't have a car, we didn't need one, because the service was frequent, reliable and cheap. Then came the experience of privatisation, services cut and changed, constant fare increases and within a year we bought a car. Then we had the spectacle of our council, a so called Labour council, cutting the subsidies to services long before other authorities in the region with the result that the town went into lock down after 6 pm if you didn't have a car. A bus service became a bus business. The shame is, that a Labour council deserted it's electorate and punished the very people hardest hit by the curfew for what in relative terms since was peanuts. If any other party had pulled the same stroke they'd have been accused of attacking the worst off in society. We have a socialist council with very capitalist reactions and principles apparently?
Services out of town are even more abysmal unless you want to travel to Durham or Sunderland by some long winded route through every village in between . For gods sake even Billingham and Peterlee have an hourly express bus service to Newcastle all day long! Us, bypassed.
I suspect Hartlepool is being lined up for it's role as a Teesside frontier / dormitory town under the new order but yoy'll still need to get the 36 or 1 and waste more of your life on another trip round the houses to access where your services will be in the future.
The ironic thing is, privatisation of services was supposed to bring in competition. Iroically there was more choice when local and nationalised organistions ran these services.

2 things.

I've said before that when parking charges at Middleton Grange were introduced in 1999, the spin at the time told us that the money raised would be used to improve the roads and to reduce congestion by subsidising public transport. The latter was withdrawn later mainly because of resentment of the more gobby Labourites that they were providing subsidies to a private company.

Secondly, I read recently of a £3m Tees-wide grant towards 'sustainable travel' - more than enough to improve the bus services to London levels but it is going to be spent instead on employing lycra-loving 'sustainable travel staff' and cycle ways.

I find this ironic. I worked in the public sector one time and this was the flavour of the month for staff to ride to work in a green way. The trouble was, the facilities provided, only applied to salaried office based staff. The rest of the workforce who rode to work long before it became green to be a Lycra loon just carried on getting wet and staying wet.
How did people learn to use bikes before some biking zealot was there to show us what to do?

The bottom line is that people need a cheap, reliable, accessible bus service that runs when people need them to where they want or need to go. It's call a bus 'service'.

Land Phil

Cycling past ASDA, boots etc. along to central looks a nightmare.
Walking along the side of the dual carriageway to central is not pedestrian friendly either.

Road planning in Hartlepool is rubbish.
(I used to do both and cut through the docks before it was blocked off, now I drive.

OI..... That is "Bicyclism" abuse..... Hartlepool has a thriving cycling community & an improvement in the road markings & signage for cycleways would certainly help in keeping cyclist safe.

Your comment is also "Lycraism" abuse ......... I wear Lycra......... and...... I look a complete Tw*t.... That is my prerogative..... however, I had thought you a fair & open minded sort of chap...... was I wrong in assuming that  :) ...... 'If' I was employed by a local council I could take you to an 'ISM' Tribunal & get a whopping lump in compo. :) :)

steveL

Please tell me that you are only joking about wearing Lycra, Fred. If so we must be talking about the entire annual output of India  ::)

I DO HAVE A BICYCLE....I really do, however I can categorically refute your presumption re. Lycra & Privacy etc etc

Any repeat of such unsubstantiated allegations will result in legal action  :P
