Jomast in the news again.

Estimates indicate Jomast could be turning over £8 million a year for the contract with G4S.
Profits for the last 29 years are £24 million with no coropotation toad paid because of of 'utlisiation of taxes' and ' capital allowances in excess of depreciation' !

...and people think the refugees are the ones responsible for the state of public services.

I think I've just seen Kipperdip coming out of B and Q with this dulux colour chart...

Probably just a coincidence.....  ::)

Ghost of Elections Past

The real story that everyone seems to be missing here is that Jomast is a contractor for G4S. This is yet another piece of work that G4S have that is paid for out of the public purse on top of large proportions of the prison industry and police back office work.

They also have their eyes on providing front line police staff.

Considering G4S contribute to the household income of our Home Secretary, we should be wary of how much of the running of this country is being contracted out to this sort of private enterprise.

Hartlepudlion

I wonder why they have done so, Is it to keep track of migrants that G4S is getting paid to keep an eye on? One way to foil this is for everybody to paint their doors red, particularly those who live next to a red door.

As for G4S I did wonder why they keep being giving contracts when they are so obviously inept at running things. Is it a bigger example of what our Councillors seem to be trying to emulate?

From what I gather, this is nothing official. The decision to paint the doors red was made by Jomast for internal reasons. For some reason, it was they who wanted to identify which of their tenants were asylum seekers and this was their rather cack-handed way of doing so.

It's not far away from painting the Star of David on the door, is it? ars*h**es.

Apparently, Jomast will be making its own statement soon. It will probably be along these lines:

"Oooops!"

The Great Dictator

What utter sh*te, why would they paint asylum seekers doors red.

This is the fuc*ing liberal lefties for you, if they don't like red doors then why not f*ck off back to Syria and get raped or beheaded.

They come here, soak up our resources and hospital appointments and then complain about low standards.

Kindly go home.

Kindly go home.

They have no homes. The 'west' decided to bring democracy to the ME under the war criminals Blair & Bush and totally destroyed the region. It s a simple case of 'you broke it you fix it'.

The Great Dictator

Then why complain, they have homes here unlike some of our British residents and ex soldiers.

I realise Middlesbrough looks more like Beirut but they still have running water and free food.

Not much of a compensation for losing your own home is it?
It is the very least 'we' can do for completely destroying Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria.

Well said, actions have consequences.

Look's like more and more of the nationals have picked this up in the last few hours. I don't think we've heard the last of this.

steveL

That's funny. The last time I was in Beirut sat in a pavement restaurant having a meal and a nice glass of wine, I can't remember thinking to myself, "I wish I was in Middlesbrough."

For the record, look up "pax britannica" and hopefully you'll then realise that it was the British and French who f**c*** up the Middle East after being stupid enough to draw straight-line borders for people who were divided by Nomadic and Religious traditions.
