Anyone know why the A689 was never lit all the way to the A19.....? The late unlamented Cleveland County Council while happy to light up a lot of other major roads at the time, left both major routes from the A19 into Hartlepool well and truly in the dark. Something which seems to still be deemed acceptable.
isn't this the same section of road recently mentioned in the mail - that they want to improve due to an increased number of accidents? logic states put some lights up.....
you would think that junction to Dalton/Greatham would have been lit years ago
There are a couple of nasty dips in the road near that junction where the road seems to be subsiding; one is right at the bottom of the climb.
