Has anyone seen the tribute to Locomotion in Stockton High Street? It rises from the plinth in clouds of steam complete with bells and steam whistles loud enough to seriously worry sufferers of IBS. Quite a sight but one that left me wondering if someone had lost his marbles. God knows what the bill was....
