£475,000, most of which seems to have been spent on staffing costs, and then they forget to build a disabled toilet for the people who actually make use of the allotments. Please tell me Mr Cranney isn't involved in this because there's a good chance that amount of money won't have missed his attention. And what's this about using money for Carers respite to now build a disabled toilet? Can't help wondering w3hat they have been doing in the meantime.

You really couldn`t make this up, who are the balloons that constantly make these c**k-ups, they forget to put a disabled toilet, in a disabled facility & yet they are planning a £100 Million Masterplan.
