I don`t thinkm they will do anything with it, they will wait until The Mob decide they want a new Civic Centre...... probably in Middlesbrough.

They could always empty one of the buildings that is supposed to be for the public such as Gey Art Gallery, Carnegie Buildings etc. and allow the public back into our towns fine buildings.
