I am writing to express my disgust upon hearing of the recent plans to site wind turbines upon the disused industrial sites near my home.

It's ridiculous building these huge things here when we already have a dirty great nuclear power station nearby. This town has plenty of unspoiled countryside that these monstrosities could ruin, why not stick them there?
