If they only have one radiographer at the General overnight who obviously can't leave the site to go to the first aid post in Park Road, why don't they move the facility back to the General. They could call it a A&E ...... it would save them having to hold car boots to pay for the taxi fares from North Tees.
What can be asserted without proof,

I injured my shoulder a few months ago .... I was  not going to the One Life, it's just another hurdle to treatment in my opinion, but I equally couldn't be bothered to go to North Tees.... so decided to see how it turned out ..... it got better eventually .... I wonder how many other people have that  mindset. 
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.
