What would be the 'anti-depressant' for Hartlepool ?

Major employer locating to the town ?
Hospital services restored ?

I don't know but the town does get a lift in attitude every time something does happen, it is just that things don't happen very often.
Dock Rock, Tall Ships, another B&M opening ...10 years to the next big event ?

The next big event, the one that will guarantee to lift the depression of various HBC Officers, among others, will be the departure of the SCABs, preferably to Pitcairn island!  I'll put the flags out for that event!
