Will there be a tariff for the public attending these meetings ?

6 month ban for chuntering.

3 months ban for excessive eye rolling.

Transportation to the colonies for not tugging ones forelock or wringing ones cap in the presence of our betters.

Hang, drawing and quartering for looking a bit iffy.

We need to be told.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.

I object to that comment...I did not 'Chunter'..... I called out clearly & concisely...... the man is a blithering idiot.

I chuntered about it in the KJ's after the meeting.  :) :) :)

Land Phil

What about wearing a Fred mask, is that allowed ?

Inspector Knacker

If every member of the public wore a Fred mask it could solve the problem.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.

A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!
Councils need communities but communities don't need councils
Party politics have no place in local goverment

If only all polical parties could cooperate as well as the Labour and Conservatives do in Hartlepool, wonder what the outcome could be for the country? Perhaps this could be presented to the respective leadership of those concerned by May!  TM Aka MT reversed, n'est pas

This is actually a serious problem for Hartlepool as we have a LabTor coalition (all voting suggests that) constitutionally the chair of the Audit & Governance committee should NOT be a member of the ruling group, hence the chair should NOT be Martin-Wells but it should be one from Independent / PHF / UKIP
