From what I can see, I always assumed such rulings don't apply in Hartlepool. Everywhere else in Europe, but not Hartlepool.

Does Hartlepool have one of the biggest concentrations of wind turbines around an urban conurbation in the country? In the sea, to the west on A689 you have to pass one. I'm convinced they're just large weeds, they pop up everywhere.

Why? well it's another money making scheme for council and landowners hence the proliferation of them
