Title: A warning to parents...
Post by: Lucy Lass-Tick on December 29, 2012, 05: PM
Just a quick warning to the parents of teenagers - it seems as if there's an unlicenced tattoo artist operating in Hartlepool. The chap is either oblivious to the laws on tattoos or doesn't care if he breaks them - some friends' 15 year old son has arrived home today after receiving the chap's tender ministrations, much to his parents' horror. The boy won't tell his Mum and Dad who did it, so it's difficult for them to chase it up unless he cooperates!

Are you sure it wasn't 'a mate'?

Not from what I gather ... seems like the chap had the sense to use a pack of sterilised needles ...

There are a number of people in Hartlepool doing tattoo's on kids with the parents consent I may add,

Parents think it's cool to have them done so they to wait and get one as well.

A young girl arrived at the Emergency Assesment Unit in Hartlepool with a Back Street tattoo on her leg that had become infected.

She was only 17 years The doctor was so concerned with the spread of infection.

Her boyfriend was ..frantic.

He said she may have to have her leg amputated I wonder how he broke the news to her parents?
