The main thrust of this is that since the A&E closed the number of deaths has reduced. To anyone who isn't himself like our council and already brain-dead, the question arises what will happen to the reported number of deaths when the new hospital is built at Wynyard within the Hartlepool boundary?

If the phantom hospital really is to be built then isn't this reorganisation a little premature?

I think this is what's known as a 'rhetorical question' in that we all already know the answer.

Meanwhile, the longest health saga in the UK continues spinning:

Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

After reading the report in the Mail, it reminds of the message we were getting when the merger with Nort Tees was mooted.
If it's so brilliant, why wasn't it done years ago.......then there's  talk of guarantees, a  better service and more jobs....? How....?
When I hear talk of guarantees from anything Tesside related I put more bolts on the door.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.
