Just waffle by their new reporter Polly Filler.
I love the reference to 're-imagining  'Middleton Grange'...... that shouldn't cost a penny if you're just imagining it.
The Mail now has the unchallenged ability to compress the largest amount of words into producing the smallest amount of information.

Why spend money on the shopping cenre it's a lost cause and more to the fact the Council don't own it likewise the Wesley. It appears owners of derelict buildings let their premises fall into disrepair hoping the council will buy it at a premium price, The Shades, the old Post Office, Longscar, Jackson Landing etc.
