Yes in a word; it was only 40 odd minutes long tonight.

There seems to be some sort of effort by the new Chair to speed things along which fits in with moves on the constitution to shorten the time allowed for questions. Cook seems to have personal reasons to keep council meetings short - perhaps he wants to get home to admire his new Seymour laid driveway.
