land locked the towns ramp

For some time now I've been wondering why did the council let the  towns ramp at the smallcrafts get land locked but not the pier ? surely the ramp belongs to the people as does the pier  and it must have a  right  to use !!!! for free ... The marina want £25  for you to use it every time ..and by the way its tidal  and they don't look after  it is real dump . bricks . tyre's wood and trash everywhere .. done abit of research and its seems that HBC had no right to let it get stolen ...

The plot thickens ... has some brilliant correspondence off social media on the towns  ramp- boat slip way ... naughty  naughty . its not the marina  ramp really...  its there for the taking ...
